Pigeon Forge Chalets has been recently purchased by American Mountain Rentals of Pigeon Forge TN. Now you can take advantage of the exceptional service American Mountain Rentals and the much larger inventory of luxury and discount Cabins and Chalets in the Tennessee Smoky Mountains.
On Interstate 40 choose Exit 407 and follow the signs leading you through Sevierville to Pigeon Forge. Our office is located approximately 8-10 miles from the Interstate on the left side of the Parkway (also referred to as Route 441 or Highway 441). We are located near to the first Music Theaters you will see as you approach Pigeon Forge.
Our rental office is open from 9:00 am to 9:30 pm 7 days a week other than Christmas and Thanksgiving.
The Pigeon Forge Chalet rentals office is located right by the Parkway (US 441) near traffic light number 0. Traffic light #0 is the first traffic light as you are heading south on 441 as you leave Sevierville Tennessee heading toward Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg Tennessee.
Traffic lights are numbered 0 to 10 in Pigeon Forge the gateway city to the Great Smoky Mountains. The traffic lights are also numbered in Gatlinburg Tennessee which is the heart of the Smoky Mountains.
From the parkway on the way to the Pigeon Forge Chalet rentals office you can see the tall majestic mountains of the Great Smoky Mountains National Park in the distance.
Close to our office in Pigeon Forge, the Smokies have plenty to offer vacationers of all ages and interests.Here you will find indoor and outdoor activities galore: theme parks such as Dolly Parton's Dollywood just minute off the pigeon Forge Parkway along with Splash Country Dollywood's water park, large and small amusement parks, museums, go-cart tracks, gold courses, indoor and outdoor put-put golf, laser tag, theme attractions such as Ripley's believe it or not Museum, Haunted houses, the Ripley's Aquarium an don't forget the Great Smoky Mountains national park - an 800 square mile natural preserve loaded with plants, animals and history to explore.
There are hundreds of restaurants on the Pigeon Forge parkway alone with dinning choice to fit anyone's taste and budget. You will also find plenty of restaurants further away from the Pigeon Forge Parkway all less than 5 minutes from downtown Pigeon Forge.
Close to Pigeon Forge is the heart of the Smokies: Gatlinburg Tennessee which also has more than 100 fine restaurants to choose from. To get to Gatlinburg Tennessee from Pigeon Forge Tennessee you take 441 South through a beautiful section of wooded area along the Pigeon River just outside the Great Smoky Mountains national park.
This road connecting Pigeon Forge with Gatlinburg is called The Spur by locals and even has a bypass shortcut right into the Great Smoky Mountains with beautiful scenic pull offs looking down onto the city of Gatlinburg and the Great Smoky Mountains national park.
North of Pigeon Forge also along the Pigeon Forge parkway is Sevierville Tennessee which is the heart of Sevier County in the Smoky Mountains. The parkway and 66 run through Sevierville where you will find plenty of restaurants, Smoky Mountains attractions and lots of shopping.
Sevierville Tennessee is also the home of the brand new state of the art Sevier events and convention center within site of 66. From the front of the Sevierville events center you can see Mt Leconte and other mountains in the Great Smoky Mountains national park.
If you take 66 north you will eventually reach interstate 40 where close by you will find the huge new Bass Pro Outdoor world superstore and across the street the Stadium where the local baseball team the Smokies play.
About an hour south of Pigeon Forge Tennessee is the city of Cherokee North Carolina which features Native American Museums, arts and crafts, and an outdoor play demonstrating the Cherokee culture and history of the Great Smoky Mountains.
If you travel only 90 minutes south of Pigeon Forge Tennessee you will be in Asheville North Carolina home of the Biltmore Estate - built in the late 1800's and at 175,000 square feet is the largest privately owned home in the United States. This fantastic place is open to visitors and is especially wonderful to see Christmas time, in spring when the flowers are blooming and in falls to see the spectacular colors. Anytime of the year the Biltmore estate is a wonderful place to visit.
