What are the check in and check out times?
Check in time is 3:00 PM (some guests arriving earlier can call the office or stop by, if unit is ready you may check in, if not you will have to wait until is cleaned). We Guarantee a 3:00 PM Check In. Check out time is 11:00 am (No Exceptions). We are open from 9:00 am to 9:30 pm 7 days a week other Christmas and Thanksgiving.
How do I make reservations?
Any Chalet or Cabin can be rented online by clicking on the "Rent this" or "Reserve this" link on the rental units page. If you wish you can also call either (800) 299-8943 or (865) 934-0981 to rent a vacation home in the Pigeon Forge.
When renting a chalet or cabin in Pigeon Forge we will need a 50% deposit which will be charged to your credit card. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover card. We may use any funds received from guests immediately upon receipt of such funds.
Chalet and cabin rentals are all subject to a $40 reservation fee and a cleaning fee that varies by cabin. Guests that make 2 or more changes to a reservation will be subject to a reservation change fee.
What is your cancellation policy?
Due to fact that once you make a reservation on a chalet or cabin in Pigeon Forge that we will be unable to rent it to anyone else, in order for us to give you either a 100% credit for the rental of another chalet or a 90% refund we require the following notice:
- Vacation rentals during any holiday: At least 30 days written notice.
- Vacation rentals from 1 to 3 bedrooms: At least 14 days written notice
- Vacation rentals that are 4 bedrooms and larger: At least 30 days written notice.
Without proper written notice within the required time your deposit will be forfeited.
What are the minimum stay requirements and holiday dates?
When renting a chalet or cabin in the off-season and in-season there is a 2-night minimum stay requirement. During the peak season months of July and October there is a 3 night minimum requirement.
During holidays, there may be a 3-night or a 4-night minimum stay requirement. Holidays are presently: New Years Eve, New Years Eve Day, Martin Luther King Day, Valentine's Day, Presidents Day, Easter Holiday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas.

Are any of the units pet friendly?
Yes we do have pet friendly chalet and cabin rentals. Any cabins or chalets for rent in Pigeon Forge that allow pets are clearly marked as such. Anyone bringing a pet into a non pet friendly designated rental unit is subject to a minimum of a $125 special cleaning charge. Please see our complete list of rules and regulations for bringing a pet into a chalet or cabin.
We are arriving late after the office is closed, how can we check in?
Your balance must be paid in full at least 2 weeks before your arrival date. We will arrange to leave your keys and a map to your vacation rental unit at the office. Please let us know in advance if you need this service.
We had a bad experience renting a chalet from someone else, is the unit clean? Does everything work properly?
All rental units are cleaned thoroughly after every stay including changing the water in the hot tub. Every now and then something mechanical or electrical may malfunction. We guarantee that we will have the problem fixed as soon as possible. We want you to enjoy your vacation with us and we want you to come back again and stay with us. Please call the office if something does not work properly. No adjustment of the rental rate or refund will be given.
Are all units handicapped accessible?
Not all units are so please call and ask a rental agent if you need a handicapped accessible unit.
I am scared of steep roads, do all chalets and cabins in the Smoky Mountains have steep driveways?
No, some units do not, however we are located near the beautiful Great Smoky Mountains, so most roads are not level. We do have an entire neighborhood of chalets for rent in Pigeon Forge that are on level ground without steep roads or driveways.
Some units do have steep driveways, but all are paved and you will not need 4 wheel drive vehicles so normal cars and vans are fine. During wintertime you may want to have 4 wheel or all wheel drive. The higher up on the mountains the unit is, the better the view will be. All driveways and roadways are absolutely safe. If you have any questions about your unit please speak to one of our rental agents.
Does the chalet or cabin we are going to rent have air conditioning?
All of our chalets and cabins for rent have central air conditioning and heating.
Do all vacation rental units have swimming pool privileges?
Not all chalets and cabins have swimming pool privileges. Here is a list of all cabins and chalets for rent in the Smoky Mountains with swimming pool access.
Are all the linens I will need provided?
We provide sheets for all regular beds, towels, wash cloths, and dishtowels. If you are going to use one of the sleeper sofas or futons in a cabin or chalet please bring your own sheets.
Are all of kitchens fully equipped?
The kitchen in each unit has microwave, refrigerator, stove/oven, blender, can opener, toaster, coffee maker (with filters), dishes, eating utensils, pots/pans for normal cooking. Most units have a dishwasher. If you plan to do any special large cooking for example Thanksgiving dinner, you may want to bring larger baking pans and pots.
Do we need to clean the unit and wash all the linens before we leave?
The only thing at check out you need to do is: Wash the dishes (dishwasher soap and liquid is provided), make sure all trash is bagged up making sure no trash is laying around on the floors or on tables, and throw your towels in a bath tub.
Do we have to give a security deposit?
We imprint your credit card at check in time, and have you sign a form stating you are responsible for any damages or extra cleaning during your stay. If you do not have a credit card, you will need to leave a cash deposit. A refund check will be mailed back within 2 weeks from your departure date.
I already have rented a cabin or chalet and I will be in the area, can I drive by and take a look at it?
If no one is staying in the particular unit we can let you drive by it, if it is occupied we want to respect the privacy of the people who are renting it, because some future guests have knocked on the door and disrupted the people already in the cabin, wanting to go through and look at the place. We want your stay with us to be enjoyable, without any disruptions.
Can you send me a map of the unit I have rented before we check in?
We have maps to the cabin from the office, too many people have been lost because they do not know where the office is. On your confirmation is directions to our office in Pigeon Forge. If you will be having other guests arriving later than you, make sure they have a copy of the directions by printing them from our web site. We will arrange to leave your other guests maps at the office.
Can we get the phone number to the unit at the time I make reservation?
Please call our office the day before you arrive and we will gladly give you the phone number to the cabin or chalet.
What is the difference between a chalet and a cabin?
A chalet is a contemporary style, very modern. A cabin has some wood surfaces, or all wood surfaces (no drywall or sheet rock walls.)
What are the age requirement for renting a chalet or cabin in Pigeon Forge?
The age requirement to rent one of our Pigeon Forge cabins or chalets is 21 years of age for a 1 to 3 bedroom rental unit and 25 and above for vacation home rentals that are 4 bedrooms and above.
